Once I submit a reservation will I get a confirmation?
Yes, you will recieve a reference number via email from our Automated Reservation Computer System including all your details. Our Reservation's
Department will review your request and contact you either by phone or email within 12 Hours to confirm your reservation request.
How do I find my driver?
1.) With our Standard Service, the driver will pick you up at the Curb Side.
OR
2.) If you have selected the Meet & Greet Service, our driver will arrive
at the baggage claim area holding a sign with the client's name. The driver
will assist you with your baggage. This enhanced service is $25.00 extra.
When will you charge my credit card?
We do not charge your credit card until our job is done. Your credit card information
is taken at the time of reservation only as a security deposit.
What is your cancellation policy?
To avoid being charged you must cancel your reservation no less than 12 hours prior
to pickup time by e-mail, or
atleast 3 hours by phone. Please call 877.717.3326
What is your service guarantee?
After you have received your reservation confirmation from our Reservation's
Agent, your car is guaranteed to be waiting for you upon arrival. Online reservations
must be made no less than 12 hours in advance of the pickup time with a valid credit card.
Executive Airport Service will issue a $20.00 Instant Credit if we don't meet our Guarantee.
This amount will be deducted from your Total Bill.
What kind of cars are in your fleet?
All of our cars are late model full size luxury sedans that carry 1 - 4 passengers,
such as Lincoln Towncars.
Does your rate include a gratuity for the driver?
No, our rates are a flat rate and do not include the standard 20% gratuity for the driver.
Are your rates per person or per car?
Unlike airport shuttle services, our rates are per car. The rate does not change based
on the number of passengers.
