Policy Statement:
COMPANY POLICY: All parking fees, surcharges are included in the airport meet & greet service. Airport service is point to point only. Your driver will meet you at the baggage claim area. If for some reasons, your driver can't locate you, do not leave, as you will be charge a "no show" fee. Please stay at the baggage claim area and look for our driver with a meet & greet sign. Cancellation must be made at least 4 hours in advance by either email or by phone at (877) 717-3326. Credit card processing fee is based on 5% of total fare. Gratuity to the driver is based on 20% of the total fare. Extra cash given to the driver is at your discretion. Waiting time is based on $40/hour.
