Policy Statement: COMPANY POLICY: All airport parking fees, surcharges and Meet & Greet charges are included in the airport pickup service. Airport service is point to point only. Int'l / Domestic flight - chaffeur will meet you at the baggage claim area. If for some reason, chaffeur can't locate you, Do Not Leave, as you will be charged a "No Show" fee. Please stay at the baggage claim area and look for our chaffeur with the Meet and Greet sign with your name on it. Cancellation must be made at least 3 hours in advance by either email at info@executiveairportservice.com, or by phone at (877)717-3326 or by fax at (602) 273-4799. Credit card processing fee is based on 5% of the total fare. Gratuity to the chaffeur is based on 20% of the total fare. Extra cash given to the chaffeur is at your discretion. Waiting time is based on $40.00/ hour. Hourly charge is based on $45.00/ hour.
